What's collected

• Booking form submissions. The form on the contact page is operated by Formaloo, a form-building service. Whatever you choose to enter — typically your name, contact details, and event information — is processed by Formaloo and delivered to Grayson.
• Server logs. The hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard request logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp, requested URL) for a limited period for security and debugging.

What's not collected

• No cookies. The site sets no cookies of its own.
• No analytics scripts. No Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no third-party tracking. Aggregate Vercel Web Analytics may report page-view counts; it does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.
• One third-party embed. Fonts and images are served from this domain, and external links (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) load only when you click them. The exception is the booking form on the contact page, which is embedded from Formaloo and loads only on that page; the form runs under Formaloo's own privacy policy and may set cookies inside its frame.

Why we collect it

Inquiries are used to reply, prepare a quote, and follow up on a booking. They are not used for marketing or profiling, and they are not shared beyond the processors named on this page.

Where it goes

Form submissions are stored with Formaloo (the form provider) and delivered to Grayson. The site itself is hosted on Vercel (Montréal, region yul1); Vercel's own privacy notice applies to request data they process on our behalf: vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

How long it's kept

Inquiry messages are kept indefinitely so we can answer follow-up questions about a past booking. You can ask for any record to be deleted at any time. See below.

Your rights

You can request a copy of any personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Send a message through the contact form starting with "Privacy request" and we'll respond within 30 days.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, get in touch so we can remove it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change with it.
