## Good to know before you send it.

### Useful to include

- **Event type:** fan zone, brand activation, corporate, content shoot
- **Event date(s):** even tentative dates help hold the slot
- **Venue or city,** for travel planning if needed
- **Audience size:** under 100, 100 to 500, 500 to 2k, 2k+
- **Budget range,** which keeps the conversation honest
- **Sponsor or brand context,** if it's tied to a campaign

### What happens next

Replies arrive within 24 hours, usually faster. Two to three weeks of lead time is comfortable for most live bookings. Brand activations and content shoots that need a custom routine or branded materials work best with four to six.

### Where Grayson performs

Grayson is based in Vancouver, British Columbia. The Lower Mainland and Western Canada are standard, and he travels internationally on request, with travel quoted on top.

### Press
